Returns & Refunds
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order please contact us at email@example.com.
You can return the items within 14 working days of the order being processed.
The items must be returned in their original, un-opened condition and sealed in their original packaging if applicable.
If damage has occurred in transit please take photographic evidence. The costs of returning the items will be your responsibility. Once we receive the items we will authorise a refund. Please note we will only refund for the cost of the items. We strongly advise that you insure the items and get proof of posting in case of loss or damage.
If a refund/return is applicable we will supply a return address.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Once made, refunds to your credit or debit card will take at least 5 days.
If you have been informed that you will receive a refund but the money has not yet reached you please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sale items will be refunded (if applicable) at the sale price.
You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please note: You are responsible for the safe delivery of your returned item to us. If you are concerned you should send your item(s) via recorded delivery.
